1. HOW DO I APPLY FOR RETURN AND REFUND?
From the date of delivery of your order you have a period of 7 days to make a return and a refund request.
Return and refund procedure if the products do not suit you:
Return the product (s) in their original packaging with a copy of the invoice.
For our customers in automated dropshipping:
To request a refund as a dropshipping customer, you must systematically return the product to us in its original packaging with a copy of the invoice in order to obtain a refund for the product. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in dropshipping.
1.1 Conditions of return and refund
Product returns that show signs of use, dirt or incomplete will not be accepted.
Products must be sent in the original packaging or box in the same condition in which they were received by the customer.
We will not accept returns that do not identify the sender.
1.2 Return costs
All shipping costs associated with the return of the product (s) that do not suit you are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the customer.
By fulfilling all the conditions mentioned for the return, Moda Server Pro - Fashion Accessories, Lda. will refund the amount of the product (s) returned (s).
Refunds will be made based on the amount paid by the customer at the time of purchase.
Methods and periods repayment:
The refund of the products will be created within 15 days after reception of your parcel by our customer service and will be deducted automatically from your next order (Validity period 1 year).
