1. HOW TO MAKE A REQUEST FOR RETURN AND REFUND?
From the date of delivery of your order, you have a period of 15 days for:
- Check all products (before they go on sale for pros)
- Make a return and refund request
Return and refund procedure if the products do not suit you:
Return the product (s) in their original packaging with a copy of the invoice.

Then please email us as soon as you shipped the package.
The refund amount will be created and automatically deducted from your next order, upon receipt by our customer service.
We will not accept return and refund requests after the 15 days mentioned.
For our automated dropshipping customers:
To request a refund as a dropshipping customer, you must systematically return the product to us in its original packaging with a copy of the invoice in order to obtain a refund for the product. The shipping costs are the responsibility of the dropshipping customer.
1.1 Return and refund conditions
Returns of products that show signs of use, dirt or incomplete will not be accepted.
Products must be sent in the original packaging or box in the same condition in which they were received by the customer.
We will not accept returns that do not identify the sender.
1.2 Return costs
All shipping costs inherent in returning the product (s) that are not suitable for you are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the customer.
In the event of defective products, the return costs will be reimbursed to you and on presentation of an invoice (Reimbursement of return costs up to a limit of 12.50 euros).
By fulfilling all the conditions mentioned for the return, Moda Server - Acessórios de Moda, Lda. will refund the amount of the returned product (s).
Refunds will be made taking into account the amount paid by the customer at the time of purchase.
Methods and periods of repayment:
The refund will be created within 15 days after receipt of your package by our customer service and will be automatically deducted from your next order (1 year validity period).
