Moda Server Pro Points System

This policy describes the conditions applicable to Points (the “Moda Server Pro Point(s)”, or “Point(s)”) allocated by Moda Server Pro and which may be earned or used by any non-commercial individual (the “Customer or user”) on the website Modaserverpro.com.
By accepting the granting of Points or their use, the Customer agrees to be subject without reservation to this policy, as well as to the General Conditions of Sale and Use of Moda Server Pro (“CGV”). This policy may be modified at any time. The applicable Points Policy will however, and in any event, be that in force at the time the Points are obtained by the Customer or user.

 

How do points work?

At Moda Server Pro, we reward the loyalty of our customers through an advantageous points system. Here's how you can earn points:

Using points

Discount on purchases: Points can be used at the time of purchase to reduce the amount of your order or the price of a product (excluding delivery costs, taxes, promotional products).
Point value: 1 point is equivalent to 1 euro cent.

 

Terms of use

Non-monetary: Points have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed or withdrawn.
Non-transferable: Points cannot be exchanged, transferred or converted to or from another loyalty program.
Personal: The benefits linked to points are strictly personal and non-transferable.

 

Validity period and limits

Validity: Points are valid for 365 days. After this period, they expire and are deleted from your account.
Daily Limits: You can earn and use up to 10,000 points per day.

 

Consultation and adjustments

Consultation: Consult your points balance in the “My Points” section of your customer area.
Adjustments: In the event of an error or fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to correct your points balance.

 

Cancellation, returns and termination

Cancellation and refunds: Points used for a canceled order are re-credited. Points earned for a canceled order are deducted.
Termination of Program: Moda Server Pro reserves the right to terminate the Points Program at any time, upon reasonable notice.
