All orders are dispatched the same day if you place your order Monday through Friday before 11 a.m. and the next day for all orders placed after 11 a.m. If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday your order will be shipped on Monday.

Your package will be available at your Pickup point for a period of 8 days. It will be given to you as soon as you present an identity document.

For all other countries that are not on the above list the price of delivery is calculated according to the weight and the country of destination. In some regions of the world, taxes and customs charges are your responsibility.

For parcels sent to America, Africa, Asia and Oceania, the delivery time is 5 to 15 working days.
